Activity #3: singing time
All the songs fit the story very well, it helps the audience relate to a specific character in the play, and also understand the story better. The song that I prefer is " the witch " the song is very powerful and energetic, I envision this number on stage with all the witches and Edward, with dark lighting, and some props that proves the setting is on a forest. My least favourite song is " out there on the road " I feel like the song needs more energy. The song needs good choreography, as well as good acting to keep the audience engaged in watching this number.
The witch is one of my favourite songs too! I’ll have to re-listen to “out there on the road” but i’m sure your right, some of the songs don’t have a lot of energy. Good choreo will always keep the audience interested. Good work!
